This is a 3 month digital advertising campaign aimed at increasing your leads. Cost: $500/month for 3 months

1. You will identify a neighborhood you would like to farm. We will provide you the assets you need to reach out to your neighbors and invite them to participate in your hosted community yard sale.
2. We will advertise your yard sale via our DIGITAL AD SUITE: SEM (Search Engine Marketing/Google Ad Words), Site and Search Retargeting, Geotargeting, and Facebook Ads.
3. The 2 months outside of your yard sale month, we will implement your custom marketing strategy (sold/farm/brand) via our DIGITAL AD SUITE. Guaranteed 10,000 impressions served, 75 actions.
4. C21 HOMETOWN WILL CO-OP YOUR PARTICIPATION WITH A $250/MO CREDIT PER PROPERTY CLOSED BY JULY 31, 2020.
